75 CL, 12.5% ABV

The Franciacorta Dosaggio Zero Gualberto is a beautiful blend of 70% Pinot Nero and 30% Chardonnay. Only 8,000 bottles are produced in each good season. The bouquet offers orange zest and apricot with bread crust and cinnamon dust. Subtle notes of white licorice and crushed oyster shell add to the wine's significant complexity.

A Franciacorta that seeks harmony and balance only in the wine itself, and in its long evolution in contact with the yeast, without the outside “help” of the liqueurs de dosage.
The portrait of Gualberto Ricci Curbastro: among the first to believe in the Franciacorta DOC in 1967 and creator of the recent history of the Ricci Curbastro.

Color: bright yellow color with an abundant, fine, and persistent bead.

Nose: fresh and sweet of fruit, peach, orange, melon, combined with a fine mineral character, and also almonds, nuts, and a scent of bread.

Palate: Very fresh in the mouth, full attack, with a good creaminess. The fine acidity is supported by a structure that is up to the job. Excellent persistence.
