Shipping and Returns Policy

Local (Singapore) Shipping

Standard $10 shipping fee applies for purchases less than S$100.00
Free shipping is provided for purchases of S$100.00 or more

Once you have received a confirmation email of your order, your delivery may take up to 5 working days. A tracking number will be emailed to you for your reference.
Do note that orders made on or during Public Holidays may take longer than 5 working days.

No Return Policy

Unless the goods as sold are defective, we will unfortunately be unable to refund your purchase.

Refunds (Applicable only to defective goods):

Once your goods and original receipt of purchase has been inspected, an email will be sent to notify you that we have received your returned item and the amount of refund due to you.

The credit card company will process the refund amount , and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 working days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable):

If you have not  received a refund within 10 working days, please contact your credit card company first as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable):

Sale items can be exchanged on a 1-to-1 basis, only if the original item as sound was found to be defective.
