This cuvee is the result of two different crushing: the first soft by vertical press Marmonier, and the second with the classic pneumatic press. The two different methods contribute to maintain uniformity in quality over time. With fermentation in barrels, long ageing on the lees, elegant, subtle and moreish Champagne style wine. the Franciacorta La Montina is now considered to be one of the best glasses of bubbly produced in Italy
Bouquet: The nose is complex. It has a pleasant aroma with notes of fresh fruit (including citrus) and fragrant white flowers that complement the notes of toast and yeast pastries.
Flavour: Elegance and good concentration shades of citrus and stone fruit, floral and nutty notes characterized by a rich, fresh taste of this quite dry wine. In the aftertaste remains pure fruit tones.
