A range of wines from the renowned Conti Zecca named after the tragic love story of Donna Marzia. After much hindering from her father, Donna Marzia lost the love of her life. Tormented by her lost love, went crying to the well. The story goes that at the first light of dawn, she was gone and all that remained of her was a silk scarf left on the porous stone. From that day on, the estate’s well, which took Donna Marzia’s name, filled with crystal clear water which made the fields fertile and lush. The wines from the Donna Marzia Estate, frank and sincere, bear the memory of this story.
