Nestled in the South of France, Piment d’Espelette has been cultivated in a protected natural environment since the 17th century. Giffard's Au Piment D'Espelette liqueur is made from the maceration of fresh whole Espelette peppers with a hint of Rhum agricole from Martinique. This grants it a strong aromatic intensity with warm and spicy notes.
