The Perfect Expresso Martini Recipe

Ingredients

• 2 ½ (~75ml) ounces Chase GB gin
• ½ ounce dry (~15ml) Carpano or La Quintinye vermouth
• Garnish: lemon twist or 1 or 3 olives

Instructions

• Combine the gin and vermouth in a mixing glass filled with ice cubes, pouring more or less vermouth to your taste.
• Stir for 30 seconds
• Strain into a chilled glass/ Cocktail glass
• Garnish with olives or a lemon twist
